Nas soulève le capot du fer sur "Sitting With My Thoughts", à propos de certains des sujets les plus importants qui l'ont frappé tout au long de la route de sa carrière et de sa vie en général. La naissance de sa fille (Destiny), sa jeunesse à Queensbridge et son collègue rappeur Nipsey Hussle sont quelques-uns des points abordés par Nas dans ce morceau de réflexion.

Le morceau est le dixième de la tracklist de Magic 3, et constitue la dernière pièce d'un incroyable album que Nas et le producteur exécutif Hit-Boy ont réalisé entre 2020 et 2023.

Nas et Hit-Boy ont vécu ensemble une aventure historique sans précédent.
